Terms of Service

Effective 8 September 2026 · Nexgen AI is operated by Jamite Digital Solutions ("we", "us").

By using Nexgen AI ("Nexgen", "the service") at nexgenai.pages.dev you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Nexgen is an AI assistant that generates text, documents, code, websites and images in response to your requests, using third-party AI models. The service is provided free of charge at this time; we may introduce paid plans, usage limits or new features, and may change or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice where practical.

2. Accounts

• You can use Nexgen as a guest or with an account (email/password or Sign in with Google).
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Nexgen, and at least 18 to create an account without a guardian's consent where local law requires it.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at jamite007@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; we will remove your account and synced conversations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nexgen to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or hatred;
• generate malware, or plan or carry out attacks on any system, including ours;
• create spam, deceptive content, or impersonate people or organisations;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other protections, or to extract our provider keys;
• resell or offer the service to third parties as your own, or scrape it with automated tools beyond normal use.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that threatens the stability or safety of the service.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you submit (prompts, attachments) and, to the extent permitted by law, to the output Nexgen generates for you. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service — to store, transmit and process your content as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any document or image you attach.

5. AI output — important limitations

• Nexgen's answers are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when they sound confident. Verify anything that matters.
• Nexgen does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
• Similar prompts from different users may produce similar output; output is not guaranteed to be unique.
• Generated images are produced by a third-party image engine and may be subject to that engine's own terms.

6. Third-party services

Nexgen relies on third parties (AI model hosting, authentication, hosting, image generation, Google sign-in). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and interruptions on their side may affect Nexgen.

7. Intellectual property

The Nexgen name, logo, design and software are owned by Jamite Digital Solutions. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Free-tier infrastructure may sleep when idle; the first request after a pause can take longer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamite Digital Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Nexgen at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections 4–9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Nexgen after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected.
